What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or Hospitality Management
- Five or more years of ERP implementation, accounting technology, or restaurant systems experience
- Hands-on experience with Restaurant365 (R365), QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, or comparable systems
- Experience supporting restaurant, franchise, hospitality, multi-entity, or multi-location businesses
- Background in outsourced accounting, CAS, public accounting, or multi-client professional services
- Working knowledge of close processes, reporting, banking, AP, inventory, and purchasing
- Strong client-facing project leadership, facilitation, and documentation skills
- R365 or Sage Intacct certification is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead accounting platform implementations and re-implementations for restaurant, franchise, and hospitality clients
- Partner with clients and Aprio's accounting team to translate accounting and operational needs into platform setups
- Configure and validate entities, locations, calendars, chart of accounts, reporting, user roles, and approvals
- Guide data readiness, testing, decisions, and go-live activities while preparing the accounting team for readiness
- Own accounting and financial reporting for assigned clients, including month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review complete, accurate, well-supported workpapers documenting account activity
- Evaluate and optimize platform environments including R365, QBO, Sage Intacct, and other tools
- Coordinate POS, banking, invoice capture, payments, payroll, sales, and inventory integrations
- Build reporting structures, dashboards, and role-based access for accounting teams
- Develop and deliver role-based training, documentation, and job aids for clients and team members
