By accessing or using Jobswala (jobswala.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or posting jobs.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a job seeker, employer, recruiter, or website visitor) and Jobswala. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

Strict Anti-Scam & Prohibited Candidate Fees Rule

Jobswala strictly prohibits employers, recruiters, or agencies from charging candidates any form of registration fee, application processing charge, security deposit, interview fee, or mandatory training costs.

Any employer account attempting to solicit funds from applicants will be permanently banned, reported to law enforcement authorities (FIA Cyber Crime Wing), and listed on our public Scam Advisory Register.

3Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated qualifications and employment history on your profile.
  • You will not misrepresent your identity, credentials, CNIC, or professional experience.
  • You will not use automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized scripts to harvest employer contact details.

4Employer Guidelines & Trust Verification

  • All job vacancies must represent genuine, active employment opportunities with verified Pakistani companies.
  • Listings must state clear job responsibilities, transparent PKR compensation, and workplace expectations.
  • Discriminatory job posts based on caste, religion, sect, or gender restrictions (unless bona fide occupational qualification) are strictly prohibited.

5Third-Party Advertising & AdSense Compliance

Jobswala displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners. While we verify employers on our platform, we do not endorse external third-party products, services, or websites linked through sponsored advertising units.

6Limitation of Liability

Jobswala operates as an online matching platform. While we enforce strict verification standards, we do not guarantee employment offers to candidates, nor do we guarantee candidate performance to employers. Jobswala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hiring decisions.
