10Pearls is hiring a hands-on AI Architect to design and deliver AI agents and workflow automations on the Microsoft stack. You will work across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Platform, choosing the simplest option - low-code or pro-code - that meets each client's needs, and using custom development only where it adds clear value. The role blends solution architecture with direct client-stakeholder collaboration, technical discovery, and hands-on contribution to the build within a small delivery team.
What we're looking for:
- 8 or more years in software engineering or solution architecture, with at least 2 years delivering generative AI solutions in production
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including agents, model selection, and evaluation
- Strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Automate, plus Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Graph, Entra ID)
- Practical experience with RAG, prompt design, agent orchestration, and LLM evaluation methods
- Understanding of AI security risks including prompt injection and data leakage, and how to design against them
- Python skills sufficient to prototype and review code, plus client-facing consulting experience and ability to overlap US Eastern working hours
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Define end-to-end architectures for AI agents, document processing pipelines, and workflow automation solutions
- Recommend build, buy, or configure options across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and third-party tools
- Forecast licensing, capacity, and token costs for each use case, including long-document scenarios
- Design single and multi-agent systems with clear agent roles, routing logic, tool use, and human approval steps
- Build document-intelligence workflows for extracting and analyzing long documents such as contracts, using OCR and chunking techniques
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Graph) and legacy business systems via APIs, data gateways, or scheduled exports
