Siraj Din Energy Pvt. Ltd., a Lahore-based energy company, is looking for a capable Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development across an assigned region. The role covers growing the customer base, managing dealer relationships, and supervising field sales teams to lift overall territory performance. The right candidate will be commercially focused, comfortable working in the field, and keen to help the company expand its market presence in the region.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- 4 to 6 years or more of experience in field sales, area management or a distribution-based business
- Hands-on exposure to dealer networks, wholesale markets, retail distribution or B2B sales
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and growing business in an assigned market
- Experience supervising sales teams and monitoring field operations
- Good understanding of market dynamics, customer dealing, pricing and commercial negotiation
- Confident use of MS Excel, Word and routine sales reporting
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to travel for regular market visits
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Build and execute territory sales plans to meet monthly and periodic revenue targets
- Identify new business leads and convert prospective customers into active accounts
- Grow the dealer network and strengthen relationships with existing business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, product demand and prevailing market rates
- Supervise sales representatives and ensure field assignments are carried out properly
- Track sales progress, customer meetings, market visits and team performance
- Prepare regular area performance summaries, sales forecasts and market reports
