Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, a leading public sector teaching hospital, is hiring four Assistants in BPS-15 for office and administrative support. This is a government position for graduates who have basic computer training and want a stable career in hospital administration. Selected candidates will work in Lahore and support the hospital's day to day office work.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (graduation) from a recognised institution
- Six weeks basic computer training from the National Information Technology Board (NITB), including use of office software
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Familiarity with office work and basic computer use
- Good communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Handle routine office and clerical work in the assigned department
- Prepare official correspondence and maintain proper records and files
- Use office software for data entry, letters, reports and other daily computer based work
- Support senior officers in administrative matters and follow up on routine tasks
- Coordinate with different hospital departments to keep work moving smoothly
- Keep documents and files organised and up to date
