What we're looking for:
- BS, BE or B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer/Telecom/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication & Networking, Data Sciences, Cybersecurity or a related discipline
- Balochistan domicile (Balochistan Initiative post)
- Maximum age 35 years

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Assist in the planning, day-to-day operation and maintenance of NTC's ICT and telecom platforms
- Help manage data centre facilities including server racks and power backup systems
- Support cloud and virtualisation platforms, enterprise networks and security systems
- Work on next-generation voice and broadband network elements
- Assist transmission network operations covering fibre, microwave and radio access systems
- Support outside-plant networks including fibre (FTTx/GPON) and copper cable plant
- Contribute to broadband network operations including routers and customer devices
- Prepare technical and financial plans for new rollouts, repairs and maintenance
- Maintain daily operational reports and help enforce network maintenance procedures
- Take part in strategic planning for upcoming telecom projects
