Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT), Karachi's specialist trauma institute, is looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources to support its people operations. What we're looking for:
- MBA in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of similar HR experience in a tertiary care hospital
- A professional certification in Human Resources
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Sindh domicile, as required for all posts in this advertisement
- Age limit up to 35 years as stated in the advertisement
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations across hospital departments
- Maintain accurate staff records and help administer HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations matters and staff queries in a professional, confidential manner
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs and HR documentation
- Help prepare HR reports and keep personnel data up to date
