Taj Gasoline is hiring an Audit & Compliance Executive for its Karachi office. The role covers internal audit work, checks on financial controls, and making sure the company's processes meet regulatory requirements. It suits someone with an MBA or ACCA / CA part-qualified background and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in audit or compliance, working in the oil and gas sector.
What we're looking for:
- MBA in a relevant field, or ACCA qualified / CA part-qualified.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or finance.
- Working knowledge of auditing, financial controls, and compliance procedures.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail when working with financial and compliance documents.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in written reports.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Carry out internal audits across departments and document findings clearly.
- Review financial controls and flag gaps or risks for corrective action.
- Check that company processes follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain proper records of audit work.
- Support the team in assessing risks in finance and operational processes.
- Follow up on audit observations until agreed actions are closed.
