Search O Pal is hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive for its office-based role at 39-C, Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore. This full-time, day-shift position is a B2B sales role: you will source leads and own the full sales cycle to sell recruitment services to businesses. You will build relationships with HR managers and business owners, act as the liaison between clients and the internal recruitment team, and report on pipeline performance.
