Roche Pakistan's Diagnostics division is looking for a Business Innovation Manager to drive growth of its Molecular Lab portfolio in Karachi. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, market access, and strategic partnerships, shaping how hospitals and labs adopt Roche's diagnostics solutions. It is a field-facing role for someone with solid in-vitro diagnostics marketing experience and the energy to work closely with medical and sales teams.
What we're looking for:
- Science graduate; Pharm-D required, MBA preferred
- Three to five years of marketing experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn commercial data into strategy
- Comfortable with MS Office and day-to-day technical work
- Excellent written and spoken English, with solid presentation and facilitation skills
- Willing to travel in the field and support the team as needed
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Plan and deliver product launches, promotions, and training programs for the sales team around the molecular diagnostics portfolio
- Work with Medical and Sales teams on campaigns that help customers adopt new diagnostics solutions faster
- Develop clear value propositions for the diagnostics portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and engage partners such as hospitals, insurers, telehealth providers, and NGOs to improve patient access
- Build marketing plans grounded in market insights, analytics, and regular customer visits
- Track competitor activity, hospital procurement trends, and pricing to guide strategy
- Run key opinion leader engagement and speaker programs
- Drive digital marketing and social media engagement with healthcare professionals
