Airblue, one of Pakistan's leading private airlines, is expanding its cabin team and looking for 16 trainee cabin crew members to be based at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This is a full-time trainee role in the airline's Flight Services department and part of a wider nationwide recruitment drive covering flight operations, engineering and ground services. Airblue describes itself as a safety-minded, service-oriented team that welcomes people from diverse backgrounds. Selected candidates will complete a structured cabin crew training program before joining the flying roster.
What we're looking for:
- Female candidates between 18 and 28 years of age.
- Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent) with at least 60% marks.
- Minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (158 cm), with weight within healthy BMI range.
- Confident spoken English and Urdu, with a polite and well-groomed personality.
- Medically fit and willing to complete Airblue's cabin crew training program.
- Able to work in shifts and be based at Karachi Airport.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Welcome passengers on board and help them settle in, checking boarding passes and guiding them to their seats.
- Carry out pre-flight cabin checks and demonstrate safety equipment and emergency procedures.
- Serve meals, snacks and beverages during the flight while keeping the cabin clean and comfortable.
- Handle passenger queries calmly and escalate medical or safety matters to the senior crew.
- Assist during boarding, disembarkation and any in-flight emergency, following airline procedures.
- Report cabin defects, lost property and incidents to the lead cabin crew after each flight.
