Governor House Lahore is hiring a Caretaker (BPS-11) on a three-year contract under the Punjab Government's Contract Appointment Policy. The caretaker looks after the upkeep and daily care of the Governor House premises in Lahore. Two posts are open for graduates with at least two years of relevant experience and a Punjab domicile. Applications must reach the Governor's Secretariat by 19 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Graduation with at least 2nd Division from a recognised institution
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in caretaking or facility care
- Punjab domicile is mandatory
- Age between 22 and 30 years
- Able to manage staff and daily upkeep work responsibly
- Government servants must apply through the proper channel
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Look after the upkeep, cleanliness and daily care of the Governor House premises
- Supervise support staff and day-to-day maintenance work
- Keep records of supplies, stores and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate repairs and routine upkeep with the relevant teams
- Ensure official areas are presentable for functions and guests
- Report maintenance issues and follow up until they are resolved
