What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce

- Good understanding of cryptocurrency and P2P trading concepts (or quick to learn)
- Comfortable with shift work, including nights and weekends on rotation
- Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Provide timely support to P2P traders via chat, email, and ticketing channels
- Investigate and mediate disputes between P2P buyers and sellers fairly and quickly
- Review transactions for fraud, scams, and policy violations, escalating risks as needed
- Work with risk, compliance, and product teams to keep the P2P marketplace safe
- Document cases accurately and follow up until each issue is fully resolved
- Cover assigned shifts to support the platform across time zones
