What we're looking for:
- Law degree and active membership in at least one applicable bar
- 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally supporting commercial transactions at technology companies
- Experience with global customers and international transactions preferred
- Excellent business judgment, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a fully distributed, remote environment
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs and SaaS terms
- Advise Sales, Finance and Product teams on legal risk in commercial transactions
- Support international transactions and relationships with global customers
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and legal processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve commercial legal matters efficiently
