NIQ is a global consumer-intelligence company, and its Brandbank unit provides digital product content to FMCG brands and retailers in 16+ countries. The Customer Service Executive acts as the front line of support for a large portfolio of Brandbank's supplier clients in Pakistan. The role blends customer support with operational coordination, working alongside account managers and the operations team to maintain high service levels. It follows a hybrid working model with afternoon-to-evening shift hours (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Pakistan time).
What we're looking for:
- Must be available to work 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Pakistan time
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally serving business clients
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- A bachelor's degree
- Based in Karachi or Lahore, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Answer inbound customer queries by phone, email, and online channels, responding within agreed service-level targets
- Build a thorough understanding of the core Brandbank offering and add-on services to track client usage against allowances and resolve their questions
- Plan product delivery schedules around team capacity and handle day-to-day operational issues together with the operations team
- Partner with account managers to ensure every client in the portfolio receives top-quality service, collaborating with other departments on process improvements
- Produce regular reports to meet customer and internal business needs
