The role leads the yearly budgeting cycle and turns financial results into clear guidance for the sales, supply chain, manufacturing and marketing teams. It suits a finance professional with several years of budgeting and reporting experience who is confident with SAP and advanced Excel.
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting or financial reporting
- CA Inter, ACCA, ACMA or MBA Finance qualification
- Strong knowledge of variance analysis
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to work with cross-functional teams across the business
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the annual budgeting process from planning to finalisation
- Strengthen financial planning and deliver timely management reports
- Analyse variances against budget and explain what drove them
- Monitor EBITDA and working capital performance
- Support sales, supply chain, manufacturing and marketing teams with financial insight
- Turn analysis into recommendations that improve business decisions
