What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design or a relevant field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the garment industry, preferably in denim
- Strong understanding of denim, current fashion trends and collection development
- Skill in tech packs, CAD artwork and design specifications
- Ability to work with merchandising, production and washing teams
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the development of seasonal and customer-specific denim collections aligned with international market trends
- Prepare detailed tech packs, CAD artworks and design specifications for sampling and production teams
- Carry out trend research, forecasting and competitor analysis to guide design direction
- Create mood boards, concept stories and collection presentations for buyers and internal stakeholders
- Work with merchandising, production and washing teams to make sure designs can be produced as intended
- Support photoshoots, catalogue development and brand presentation material
