NADRA is hiring a Director to lead architecture design and compliance at its Islamabad headquarters. The role shapes how the authority's identity systems and platforms are designed, making sure they stay secure, scalable and compliant with policy. It suits a senior technology leader with deep experience in enterprise architecture and governance. This is a contractual appointment under the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, and applications close on 22 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field.
- Senior-level experience in enterprise and solution architecture.
- Working knowledge of compliance, governance and technology planning.
- Ability to lead architecture reviews and guide technical teams.
- Strong communication and reporting skills for senior management.
- Maximum age 55 years.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Define and maintain the enterprise and solution architecture across NADRA's systems and platforms.
- Set architecture standards, design principles and review processes for all technology projects.
- Review project designs to confirm they meet security, performance and scalability needs.
- Check systems against policies, regulations and internal governance requirements.
- Advise development and infrastructure teams on technology choices and integration.
- Lead architecture review boards and settle design conflicts between teams.
- Prepare architecture roadmaps, documentation and reports for senior management.
- Mentor architects and technical staff and keep the team current with modern best practice.
