RIZ Consulting, a management consulting and training firm working with local and multinational clients since 1993, is hiring a District Coordinator for a health project across six districts of Punjab. The role coordinates day-to-day project work in the assigned district and acts as the main contact for participating practitioners. It suits someone with a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of district-level health project experience. The position is remote with field visits across the district, pays PKR 100,000 a month, and applications close on 17 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in district-level health project implementation, practitioner coordination, field monitoring and reporting.
- Experience in family planning or reproductive health programmes will be a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, planning and record-keeping skills for work across several facilities.
- Good communication skills for dealing with practitioners, district stakeholders and the project team.
- Able to work independently in the field and manage reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Prepare a district implementation plan covering activities, practitioner allocations, targets and timelines.
- Identify and engage practitioners, check their credentials and registration, and keep the district practitioner register up to date.
- Arrange practitioner training, onboarding and activation, and confirm facilities are ready before services begin.
- Visit facilities regularly, follow up on service delivery, commodity stocks and reporting, and resolve operational problems.
- Maintain district records, action logs and monthly service reports, and keep the Project Coordinator informed of progress.
- Coordinate monitoring visits and follow up on findings until corrective actions are complete.
