Tabrez, a Karachi healthcare provider, is looking for a Doctor to provide professional medical care to patients in Karachi. The doctor will assess patients, make clinical decisions, and guide them through treatment and follow-up. The role needs a patient-focused approach, sound medical judgement, and clear communication with patients and colleagues.
What we're looking for:
- MBBS from a recognised medical institution, with valid registration or licence to practise in Pakistan
- Strong clinical assessment, history-taking, and examination skills
- Ability to prepare evidence-based treatment plans and spot cases needing urgent escalation
- Sound judgement in reviewing diagnostic results and monitoring patient response
- Clear, empathetic communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Accurate clinical documentation and careful handling of confidential information
- Knowledge of patient safety, infection prevention, medical ethics, and clinical protocols
- Relevant postgraduate training or clinical experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Take patient histories, carry out examinations, and assess symptoms and health needs
- Prepare and explain care plans, prescribe treatment within professional scope, and monitor progress
- Order and review diagnostic tests and use the findings to guide clinical decisions
- Keep accurate, confidential patient records and complete clinical notes on time
- Coordinate referrals and work with other healthcare professionals for continuity of care
- Guide patients on treatment, prevention, and when to seek further care
- Follow clinical protocols, ethical standards, and infection-control practices
