What we're looking for:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a telecom or engineering environment

- Maximum age 30 years

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Supervise day-to-day engineering and technical operations for the Frequency Allocation Board
- Oversee installation, testing and maintenance of radio and telecom equipment
- Monitor frequency usage and support spectrum compliance in the region
- Guide and coordinate junior technicians and field staff on assigned tasks
- Maintain inspection records, maintenance logs and daily operational reports
- Coordinate with engineers on site surveys and technical measurements
- Assist in troubleshooting faults in radio, transmission and related systems
- Support safety and quality procedures at engineering work sites
- Report equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement actions
- Help prepare progress reports for engineering management
