EFU Life Assurance, one of Pakistan's leading life insurers, is hiring an Executive Officer for Artificial Intelligence in Karachi. The role sits in the company's AI work, building and improving machine learning models that support the business. It suits someone with hands-on experience in AI and data science who enjoys turning data into practical tools and insights.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning or data science
- Strong skills in Python and common machine learning libraries and frameworks
- Good understanding of data analysis, statistics and model evaluation
- Able to explain technical work clearly and work well with other teams
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Build and fine-tune machine learning models, including deep learning models, to solve business problems
- Collect, clean and prepare data so models can be trained and tested reliably
- Work with data science and business teams to put AI solutions into day-to-day use
- Test model results, fix weaknesses and keep improving accuracy and performance
- Keep up with new AI methods and tools and suggest ways to use them at EFU Life
