Salary: PKR Negotiable
National Insurance Company Limited, Pakistan's state-owned general insurance company under the Ministry of Commerce, is hiring Executive Officers under a special Balochistan quota. Fifteen posts are open at the BS-16 equivalent grade, with induction training at the head office in Karachi and posting to branches across the country afterwards. The package is a market-competitive statutory pay scale with corporate allowances. Only candidates holding a Balochistan domicile certificate can apply.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 16 years of education from a recognised institution
- Valid Balochistan local/domicile certificate (mandatory)
- Computer literacy preferred, including MS Office
- Maximum age 45 years (age relaxation already included)
- Government servants must apply through proper channel with an NOC
- Willingness to serve at any NICL branch across Pakistan after training
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Handle insurance underwriting work for government and corporate clients
- Process and follow up on insurance claims
- Serve clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner
- Maintain records and documentation using computer systems and MS Office
- Support branch operations and reporting as required
- Complete induction training at the head office before posting
