Garland Foods is hiring a Female Distribution & Business Development Manager to build and manage its beverage distribution networks across Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, and Gujranwala. This is an on-site field role that requires regular travel across the four cities to identify distributors, work with wholesalers and retailers, and expand market coverage. The ideal candidate brings strong local market knowledge together with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time, morning-shift position suited to a driven professional ready to grow the company's regional footprint.
What we're looking for:
- Female candidate with good knowledge of local beverage or FMCG markets
- Prior experience in distribution, sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willing and able to travel regularly across the four cities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working a morning shift
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors in Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, and Gujranwala
- Build and manage working relationships with wholesalers and retailers across assigned territories
- Expand market coverage and improve product availability in each city
- Track sales and distribution performance against agreed targets
- Coordinate with company management on growth plans and trade strategies
