SPAR Pakistan is looking for a Floor Manager / Assistant Floor Manager for its Non-Food section in Karachi. The role suits someone with hands-on retail floor experience who can lead a team, keep displays sharp, and make sure every customer leaves happy. What we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in food retail (mandatory).
- Confidence managing and motivating a store team.
- Strong focus on customer experience and day-to-day store operations.
- Good communication skills and a calm, professional manner with customers and staff.
- Ability to keep displays and standards consistent across a busy retail floor.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karachi store on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the daily running of the non-food floor and guide the store team on the shop floor.
- Drive sales in the section through good displays, availability, and helpful customer service.
- Keep shelves, displays, and signage neat, well stocked, and up to standard.
- Coach and support team members so service stays consistent through the day.
- Handle customer queries on the floor and resolve issues promptly and politely.
- Track section performance and report gaps in stock, pricing, or presentation to store management.
