Bykea Technologies is hiring a creative leader to head its AI-driven visual content engine in Karachi. The role blends hands-on generative AI production (photos and video) with paid media execution on YouTube, plus mentorship of two graphic designers. It sits at the intersection of creative production, social distribution, and performance advertising for one of Pakistan's best-known ride-hailing and delivery brands.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in digital content creation and marketing, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI tools for photos and videos
- Proven record of independently creating and publishing original video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) that performs organically
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing YouTube advertising in Google Ads
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability, ideally with experience guiding junior designers or creatives
- Advanced prompting skills across LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Adobe Firefly)
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere; a strong AI portfolio is a plus
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Independently ideate, generate, edit, and deliver AI-created photos and videos aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Mentor and manage two graphic designers, upskilling them into AI content specialists through workshops and prompt-engineering practice
- Own end-to-end content distribution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with optimized captions, hashtags, and schedules
- Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns in Google Ads, including ad groups, targeting, budgets, and bidding
- Keep a steady pipeline of fresh AI content ready for advertising and social channels
- Track new generative AI image/video tools and build efficient workflows to speed up production
