Careem is hiring an entrepreneurial Growth Manager to lead customer lifecycle management and demand planning for its ride-hailing vertical in Pakistan. The role owns acquisition and engagement funnels, drives data-led growth initiatives, and works closely with general managers, product, finance and analytics teams to deliver topline and bottomline targets.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in internet, ecommerce, telecom or ride-hailing industries
- Strong command of SQL, with working knowledge of Tableau, Python, R, Spark or Hive
- Solid grasp of Excel-based demand forecasting and modelling
- Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical significance and hypothesis testing
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with good attention to detail
- Familiarity with Braze, Adjust, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar tools is a plus; digital performance marketing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Own customer lifecycle management and drive data-led demand strategies to grow rider demand
- Design, launch and manage growth campaigns across monetary and non-monetary channels to acquire and engage customers
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance against key growth metrics
- Lead demand forecasting for markets and set input KPIs aligned with business targets
- Align with marketing leadership, GMs, product and analytics on goals and execution
- Steer strategic insights for business and commercial leaders on growth opportunities
