Salary: PKR Negotiable
Sanctuary Computer is hiring a Head of Technology on a contract-to-permanent basis, open to applicants worldwide including Pakistan. The engagement starts as a 4-month fractional trial at USD 110-175 per hour before converting to a permanent role at USD 140k-250k. This is a senior technology leadership role for proven engineering leaders who can own technical direction end to end.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a technology leader or senior engineering manager
- Strong hands-on engineering background with strategic judgment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Own the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap
- Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team
- Evaluate and set technical standards, tooling, and processes
