What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR or People Operations
- Experience with payroll operations, employee documentation, HR compliance and workforce management
- English language skills at B2 level minimum; C1 preferred
- SHRM, PHR, CIPD or equivalent certification
- Exposure to AI or large language model tools is an advantage
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
