Shamas Electronics runs Haier-certified service operations in Lahore and is hiring ten HVAC and refrigeration technicians to join its field service team. The role covers installation, repair and after-sales support for Haier air conditioners, refrigerators and gas appliances, both at the service centre and at customers' homes across the city. It suits hands-on technicians who enjoy varied field work and dealing directly with customers.
What we're looking for:
- DAE in HVAC with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 3-4 years of practical hands-on experience without a diploma.
- Solid working knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, fault finding and repair.
- Comfortable travelling around Lahore for field assignments.
- Customer-focused, dependable approach to service work.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Install, service and repair Haier air conditioners, refrigerators and gas appliances at the service centre and at customer premises.
- Diagnose faults in cooling and refrigeration systems and complete repairs to the manufacturer's standards.
- Carry out warranty and after-sales service work for Haier products.
- Keep clear service records and help coordinate spare parts and stock for repair jobs.
- Travel to customer locations across Lahore for on-site visits.
