Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Government of Pakistan, seeks an Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO) (Grade-11) in Karachi on a project-based contract. The role manages vessel newbuilding projects — supervising ship design and shipyard work, overseeing sea trials and preparing technical reports, risk assessments and milestone recommendations.
