Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited is hiring an IT Finance Manager to lead financial planning and budgeting for its technology function. The role manages how the bank spends on IT — from annual budgets and forecasts to reviewing vendor contracts and keeping capital and operational expenditure under control. It is aimed at a finance professional with solid experience in IT financial management and ERP-based budgeting who wants to work at one of Pakistan's leading specialised banks.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised institution or university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in financial management.
- Hands-on experience with financial data collection, IT budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and budgeting tools such as Hyperion.
- Ability to evaluate contracts, service agreements and financial risks.
- Strong coordination skills with the discipline to manage budgets and reporting cycles on time.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead IT financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles across the bank's technology function.
- Monitor capital and operational expenditure and flag variances against approved budgets.
- Review IT vendor contracts and service agreements to assess financial terms and risks.
- Produce financial analysis and management reports that support technology investment decisions.
- Partner with finance, procurement, IT teams and external vendors on cost optimisation.
- Oversee financial reporting for IT spend, ensuring accuracy and alignment with bank policies.
