What we're looking for:

- 15/12/10/6 years of relevant post-qualification experience for the four grades respectively, preferably in corporate prosecution or regulatory litigation
- Strong grounding in tax, corporate and white-collar criminal prosecution will be an advantage
- Maximum age: 50 for Director, 45 for Additional/Joint Director, 40 for Deputy Director (a 5-year age relaxation applies to Deputy Director candidates with 3+ years of service at a financial sector regulator)

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead and oversee prosecution and civil litigation matters for the Commission
- Independently handle corporate prosecution and white-collar criminal prosecution
- Provide legal advisory on regulatory and enforcement matters
- Draft, review and interpret legal provisions and regulatory instruments
- Coordinate with the Law & Justice Division and other stakeholders on litigation strategy
- Guide junior legal officers and maintain case records and reporting
