Salary: PKR 150,000 - 250,000 / mo
National Logistics Corporation, Pakistan's leading multimodal logistics organisation, is looking for a Manager Information Security to lead information security from its Rawalpindi headquarters. The role owns the organisation's security strategy, day-to-day security operations and compliance across its systems and networks. The manager will work closely with SOC, CERT and CSIRT teams and keep senior management updated on the organisation's security posture.
What we're looking for:
- BS in Cyber Security or Information Technology, or MS in Information Security; MS holders preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in information security
- Proven background in risk assessment, incident response and security architecture
- Experience managing compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and other regulatory standards
- Experience working with SOC, CERT and CSIRT teams
- Strong working knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and vulnerability assessment tools
- Excellent communication, leadership and crisis management skills
- Maximum age 55 years
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain the organisation's information security strategy, policies and governance framework
- Lead threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management using SIEM, EDR and XDR platforms
- Manage network and perimeter security, VPN infrastructure and secure remote access
- Keep virtualised and infrastructure environments hardened, patched and compliant
- Coordinate with SOC, CERT, CSIRT and network teams on proactive and reactive security measures
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and other standards, and support audit readiness
- Run risk assessments, security audits and penetration testing, and drive remediation across systems
- Build cyber awareness and lead training across departments, and report security posture to senior management
