Salary: PKR Negotiable
PKIC, a joint-venture investment company, is hiring a Manager for Money Market Operations at its Karachi head office. The role sits in the Operations Department and covers the day-to-day processing and settlement of money market deals, working closely with banks and internal teams to keep transactions accurate and on time.
What we're looking for:
- Postgraduate degree, preferably M.Com or MBA
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in treasury or money market operations
- Strong understanding of treasury products and money market operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, PRISM-RTGS and DAP
- Strong analytical, decision-making and planning skills
- Good relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Supervise the processing and settlement of money market transactions
- Coordinate with banks and keep documentation accurate across internal and external settlement systems
- Facilitate corporate and statutory payments and process financing facility payments
- Manage fund transfers through RTGS and maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure timely settlements and share accurate cash and securities position updates to support decision-making
- Work in compliance with SBP guidelines and PKIC policies
