Engro Corp is hiring a treasury manager for its Karachi head office to run treasury and insurance across the group's subsidiaries. The role sits at the centre of the group's cash, trade and insurance activity, working with banks, insurers and subsidiary finance teams. It suits a senior finance professional with deep corporate treasury and risk management experience who can also tighten processes and keep everything compliant.
What we're looking for:
- MBA in Finance, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate treasury
- Around 5 years of experience in risk management
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) preferred
- Working knowledge of treasury operations, trade finance and insurance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Oversee treasury and trade operations across Engro's subsidiaries
- Manage cash flow and financial settlements between group companies
- Arrange and manage insurance coverage for the group
- Handle insurance claims from filing through settlement
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvements in treasury operations and ensure regulatory compliance
