Rumiq Technologies is a young Islamabad-based company that builds AI technology and digital marketing for healthcare businesses in the United States. It is hiring a mid-level Multimedia Designer to create the videos, graphics and designs that bring its clients' brands to life on social media, in ads and on the web. The role suits a designer with a strong visual eye who uses AI tools to work fast and knows how to pick the right creative direction. The position is full-time and in person at the company's shared living and working space in Islamabad, with free accommodation for the length of the one-year contract.
What we're looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a graphic, video or multimedia designer, ideally at an agency or in-house marketing team.
- A portfolio showing strong visual judgement across short-form video, social graphics and some web or app design.
- Strong video editing skills in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong design skills in Figma, plus Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, for example After Effects or animated templates.
- Good written and spoken English, and confident use of AI image, video and design tools.
- Willingness to learn patient-privacy (HIPAA) basics and follow health advertising rules.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and ads, adding captions, music and transitions that fit each platform.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and ad creatives, and build a brand kit for each client.
- Create images and updates for clients' Google Business Profiles.
- Design website pages and app screens in Figma, working with engineers to hand over clean, build-ready designs.
- Produce simple animations and short explainer videos, including AI-generated video and avatar-led content.
- Keep design files organised and learn from performance data to improve the next round of creatives.
