EXIM Bank of Pakistan, the country's official Export Credit Agency, is hiring an Officer for Administration at its Karachi office. The role covers the day-to-day running of office services, from vendors and supplies to records and facilities. It is a good fit for someone with at least two years of administration or general services experience, ideally in a bank or public sector organisation. Applications close on 20 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or DAE in Civil Engineering or a related field, from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration or general services, preferably in a bank, DFI, public sector organisation or established corporate entity.
- Working knowledge of vendor management, procurement coordination and facility management.
- Organised approach to record keeping, files and registers.
- Good coordination and communication skills for dealing with vendors, contractors and staff.
- Able to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Look after day-to-day administration and general services across the bank's offices.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping and security services with vendors and contractors.
- Raise purchase requests, collect quotations and follow up on deliveries of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records of assets, contracts, utilities and vendor payments.
- Arrange transport, travel, guest and event logistics for staff and management.
- Check bills and invoices and send them forward for approval and payment on time.
- Help prepare administration reports and support audits and inspections.
