Looking for jobs in Islamabad in the oil and gas industry? What we're looking for:
- BS in Business Administration, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or MBA / related qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in oil refining, downstream marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of refinery operations, product pricing and supply chains
- Experience preparing investment proposals and engaging industry stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Assess refinery capacity, configuration and utilisation across the downstream sector
- Analyse downstream policy, product pricing and margin structures
- Evaluate supply-chain and logistics arrangements for refined products
- Prepare investment proposals and feasibility assessments for downstream projects
- Engage refineries, oil marketing companies and other stakeholders
- Draft policy notes, presentations and decision briefs for senior management
- Track global and regional refining trends and their impact on Pakistan
- Support review of licensing, compliance and commercial frameworks
- Coordinate with regulators and industry bodies on downstream matters
- Contribute to strategic planning for the refining and marketing segment
