Salary: PKR Negotiable
Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), the state-owned reinsurer, is hiring a Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Financial Officer on contract at its Karachi head office. The Chief Executive Officer will lead the company's overall operations, while the Chief Financial Officer will head financial reporting and strategy. The CEO appointment is for three years and the CFO appointment is for two years. CEO applications are due within 15 days of the advertisement, and CFO applications must reach by 3 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Senior executive-level experience in insurance, reinsurance, finance or a related field
- Strong leadership, governance and strategic management capabilities
- Based in or willing to be based in Karachi for a contract role
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead and direct the company's operations (CEO)
- Oversee financial reporting, planning and strategy (CFO)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements
