ARY Digital Network, one of Pakistan's largest broadcast media groups, is expanding its digital business through ARY Plus, its OTT streaming platform. The company is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition and growth for its app and technology products, with a strong focus on the USA market. This is a Karachi-based, on-site role within the digital marketing team, and it suits someone who has driven measurable user growth for apps or software products.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Background working with app development, software, or technology-services companies.
- Strong working knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including PPC, paid social, and app campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to read metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Familiarity with the USA market's digital advertising landscape.
- Based in Karachi and able to work on-site.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including PPC, paid social, and app-install/display networks.
- Optimize campaigns toward measurable KPIs such as installs, conversions, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, budgets, and landing pages to improve results continuously.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to guide budget allocation and overall growth strategy.
- Focus paid acquisition on the USA market, adapting messaging and targeting for US audiences.
- Coordinate with product and creative teams on ad assets for app and technology offerings.
- Track ad spend and share regular reports covering performance, insights, and recommended actions.
