Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited has opened applications for its Apprenticeship Training Program at its Lahore plant. The two-year program trains young DAE holders as Plant Process Operators, giving them hands-on experience in running beverage production operations. What we're looking for:
- DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical technology
- Age between 18 and 28 years as of 31 March 2026
- Punjab domicile (mandatory)
- Willingness to train at the Lahore plant on Raiwind Road for the full two years
- Discipline and eagerness to learn plant operations
- Note: the apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Learn and assist in operating plant machinery and production lines under supervision
- Follow standard operating procedures for safe and efficient plant operations
- Support routine checks, monitoring, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Record production data and report any faults or irregularities to supervisors
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards on the plant floor
- Complete all assigned training modules and assessments over the two-year period
