Bank Alfalah is hiring relationship managers for its premier banking segment across Pakistan. The role centres on looking after the bank's affluent customers, growing their deposit relationships and offering them the bank's wider range of products, all while working strictly within the bank's policies and service standards.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) from a recognised institution
- At least 3 years of experience in liability sales
- Good understanding of banking products and the needs of premier clients
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow a deposit portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of banking compliance and internal procedures
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Manage and grow the deposit and liability portfolio of premier banking customers
- Deliver a high standard of personalised service to affluent clients
- Mobilise deposits and meet the business targets assigned to the portfolio
- Cross-sell the bank's products and services to premier customers
- Work strictly within the bank's policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Build lasting relationships with premier clients to deepen their engagement with the bank
