What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years shipping LLM-based systems to production with evaluations.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills, comfortable across an API layer, a batch runner, and a small web UI.
- Experience building platforms others operate: adapters, runners, queues, or internal tools.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and entity resolution (ingestion, matching, merging).
- Track record of taking prototypes to production without losing what the prototype proved.
- Instrumentation by default: know the cost and latency budget of every system shipped.
- Strong bias for action and the tenacity to unblock work across teams.
- Preferred: B2B company or contact data, or entity resolution at scale; Claude or comparable frontier models, agent frameworks, and eval harnesses; deploying agents on an internal agent platform; background at an AI-native startup or applied AI team.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
