What we're looking for:
- 8–12 years of product management experience, with 4+ years in growth, PLG, or self-serve
- Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope
- Experience presenting growth mechanics to CEO, CRO, CFO, or board-level audiences
- Builder mindset: comfortable shipping landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments
- AI-fluent with a public point of view; marketing-fluent across SEO, paid acquisition, content, and lifecycle
- Strong analytics fluency and structured experimentation discipline (A/B tests, multivariate tests, holdouts)
- B2B SaaS background; data, GTM, or sales-tech domain experience a plus
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Own a portfolio-scope growth surface from first impression to revenue
- Set the multi-quarter growth thesis: which channels compound, which retire
- Ship 8–10 experiments per sprint with pre-registered hypotheses, metrics, and success thresholds
- Design self-serve as a first-class path and shape the credit and pricing mechanics of the portfolio
- Diagnose the funnel with independent data analysis and act on what the data shows
- Orchestrate across sales, marketing, and customer success to route product-qualified leads correctly
- Help hire, mentor, and calibrate senior growth PMs
