The National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP) in Rawalpindi is hiring a Project Manager (Coordinator) for its High End Skill Development Centre in the Aerospace Industry, a PSDP-funded project under the Ministry of Defence. The role involves coordinating the project from planning through delivery and working with technical teams and stakeholders. The appointment is on a one-year contract, extendable on the basis of performance, and the position is based in Rawalpindi.
What we're looking for:
- BE or BSc in Engineering, or an MSc in Project Management
- Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably on technical projects
- Strong planning, organisation and reporting skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple workstreams at once
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the skill development centre project
- Plan work schedules, track progress and keep the project on timeline
- Liaise with technical teams, contractors and other stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation for management
- Monitor deliverables to make sure they meet quality standards
- Support budgeting, procurement coordination and compliance with project rules.
