The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is hiring a Regional Audit Head in Faisalabad. What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's, MBA, M.Com., or MSc in Accounting or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution, or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CBA
- 9 to 12 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 3 years in an internal audit group
- Age not more than 55 years as of November 11, 2026
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the regional operational audit function of the Internal Audit Group in Faisalabad
- Plan and execute risk-based audits across branches and operational units in the region
- Assess the adequacy of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with bank policies
- Report audit findings and practical recommendations to senior management
- Track corrective actions and strengthen the regional audit framework over time
