National Bank of Pakistan, the country's largest public sector bank, is hiring a Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking in Lahore. The role sits in the Corporate and Investment Banking group at OG-II/OG-I grade on a three-year contract, renewable at the management's discretion. It covers managing corporate client relationships, building the asset book, and cross-selling the bank's products. Recruitment is being handled through the bank's partner, Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates; only online applications are accepted. The last date to apply is 13 November 2026.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum graduation in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum two years in the banking industry, including one year in corporate credit and/or corporate lending
- Master's degree and/or CA, ICMA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or FRM will be preferred
- Strong financial analysis and write-up skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Sound understanding of SBP commercial borrower regulations and corporate credit products
- Analytical mindset, ownership and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Prepare accurate, high-quality credit proposals in line with bank policies and guidelines
- Achieve assigned KPIs for asset book building and cross-selling, including FX, trade finance and other products
- Manage relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to grow business
- Protect the bank's asset quality and position while expanding the portfolio
- Assess customer wallets and cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet
- Keep credit files and system data accurate and complete
- Follow SBP regulations for corporate borrowers in every credit proposal
