AAA ProSol, a Karachi-based company serving clients in North America, is hiring a Sales and Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role. The position suits a confident English communicator who understands North American business culture and can deliver accurate, courteous and productive customer interactions. The work involves speaking with US-based customers by phone, email and chat, answering their questions and helping them find the right solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong listening comprehension
- Strong written English, including accurate spelling, grammar and sentence structure
- Understanding of North American business etiquette, culture and customer expectations
- Active listening, patience and the ability to ask useful follow-up questions
- Dependability, reliable attendance, attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Comfort using standard workplace communication tools, learning new processes and taking feedback well
- A quiet workspace, reliable internet and power backup for working from home
- At least secondary-school education or equivalent preferred; relevant customer-facing experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Engage North American customers by phone, email and chat, communicating confidently and persuasively
- Listen to customer needs, respond efficiently to inquiries and provide clear, courteous solutions
- Read and follow English-language instructions accurately, asking questions whenever something is unclear
- Maintain a professional tone with reliable attendance and thorough follow-through on every case
- Work with the team and adjust communication style to suit different customer personalities
