Arkhitech is hiring a Sales Officer to promote and demonstrate its POS software to retail and restaurant clients across Lahore. The role covers lead generation, in-person client visits, live product demonstrations and consistently meeting sales targets. It suits candidates with cashier, POS or other customer-facing experience who enjoy working directly with business owners. The position offers performance-based incentives along with catered lunch during the day shift.
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience as a cashier, POS operator or in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field during the day shift
- Ability to build long-term relationships with retail and restaurant clients
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Generate qualified leads through market research, referrals and field outreach
- Visit retail and restaurant clients in person to present Arkhitech's POS software
- Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to each client's business needs
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-up records and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
